Since 2021, we have been steadily strengthening and enriching our application center test laboratory with new equipment every day, progressing confidently toward our goal of making it a center of excellence in the fastener industry.

We support national and international companies, universities, technology centers, and R&D centers—organizations we collaborate with in the industry—by providing tests that simulate the behavior of fasteners under assembly conditions. These tests include torque-angle testing, torque-to-yield testing, residual torque testing, and coefficient of friction determination, among other metrics.

With our dual-axis vibration testing device, developed to determine changes in torque-to-yield under cyclic loads for fasteners operating under vibration, we are able to examine the behavior of fasteners under vibrational conditions.

In our application center, we perform fatigue tests to determine the service life of fasteners subjected to continuous cyclic loading.

Using our precision cutting, automatic grinding/polishing devices, specialized micro/macro etching tools, and high-resolution optical microscope, we carry out detailed microstructure examinations of various materials within our center.

Through our characterization tests focused on product quality and reliability, we are proud to provide solutions that meet the needs of the industry and our partners. Additionally, by offering testing services to other institutions and organizations within our R&D center, we contribute to the broader advancement of research and development in the sector.
